Sure, I was fighting discouragement, but like you, I wanted to make this work, and I wanted it bad…
Deep down, I knew I couldn’t quit...
There’s no going back, only forward...
I reached down deep inside myself and made a HARD commitment.
I got committed to being a wildly successful RE Wholesaler, not just for myself, but for my wife, for my family...My legacy.
Immediately I began to invest in myself, I bought course after course, program after program…
And while those helped and added to my skill set, they still lacked… something…

It became OVERLY obvious as to why others were crushing the game, I was just...dabbling...

What happened next?
In just eighteen short months me and my business partner were able to rapidly scale our Wholesaling business from basically nothing to multiple SEVEN figures in gross revenue…
How?
Why do so many others get STUCK at just one or two deals per month, but we were able to blow past it like it was nothing?
And no, it had nothing to do with:
❌ Our market (it’s an average midwest market, lots of competition)
❌ Having a massive team (We run a very lean, low overhead four person team)
❌ That we had a massive marketing budget (We spend a FRACTION of what traditional Wholesalers spend)
❌ It’s not that we’re lucky or in the “right place at the right time”
In fact, it wasn’t any of the “reasons” most Wholesalers tell themselves as to why they’re not winning...
